BOOKING CONDITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

For our websites, Queensland Bookings has used information supplied by the operators providing the various goods and/or services. In supplying information to you, Queensland Bookings is acting as the agent of such Operators. Irrespective of any measures taken by Queensland Bookings to ensure the information contained in these websites are accurate at the time of publication, Queensland Bookings disclaims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and any errors, misdescription and all associated disappointment, loss, expense, damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.

Queensland Bookings disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of such Products. This includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, tort, stature, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death, injury, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Operator.

Prices and Conditions:
Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars. Services may or may not include a GST. Unless indicated otherwise, prices do not include transport from your homeport to holiday destination and return, items of a personal nature, meals, transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges.

Amendments:
Any amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Operator.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Tour Bookings: In most instances, fees will be charged if you cancel your bookings earlier than expected, for whatever reason.

• A minimum of $35.00 or 10% of the total amount of the booking, whichever one is the highest, administration fee will be charged in any case of an already confirmed booking being cancelled.
• If a booking during school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled within 14 days of commencing of the tour, no refund of the deposit will be made.
• For bookings cancelled within 48 hours of departure of the tour full payment will be required.

Accommodation Bookings: In most instances, fees will be charged if you cancel your holiday / bookings earlier than expected, for whatever reason.
Bookings outside school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season:

• If a booking outside school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled more than 14 days before commencing of the booking, a fee equivalent to 10% of the booking + $35.- will be required.
• If a booking outside school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled within 8 - 14 days of commencing of the booking, a fee equivalent to 1 nights accommodation + $35.- will be required.
• If a booking outside school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled within 3-7 days of commencing of the booking, a fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation + $35.- will be required.
• If a booking outside school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled within 2 days of commencing of the booking, full payment will be required.

Bookings inside school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season:

• If a booking during school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled more than 30 days before commencing of the booking, a fee equivalent to 10% of the booking + $35.- will be required.
• If a booking during school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled within 15 - 30 days of commencing of the booking, a fee equivalent to 1 nights accommodation + $35.- will be required.
• If a booking during school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled within 8 - 14 days of commencing of the booking, a fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation + $35.- will be required.
• If a booking during school holidays (Qld, NSW, Vic) and/or high season is being cancelled within 7 days of commencing of the booking, full payment will be required

It is strongly advised to take out travel insurance!
